I fired Chef Jeferson but his name is still in mainbody

I managed to change welcome to welkom but since I'm hiring another chef instead of Chef Jeferson I want to change his name but for some reason Chef Jeferson keeps appearing in the custom-module (mainbody-position), nomatter what is filled in. The same goes for the text order online.

The phonenumber isn't even in that module..., where can I change that?

Well it looks like the PSD-file (demo.psd) has to be edited. I have to play with this a little.
But no matter what... he will be fired eventualy.
