Ribbon without "Restaurant"

Any change on using the ribbon (logo.png) without the word restaurant?
I've tried to edit the psd-file but it seems the text can't be removed without damaging the ribbon itself.

Yes I've tried but for some reason I can't edit the text in that file.
It probably has something to do with this message while opening:

Did you tried to just remove the layer with this text? As I see it can be easily removed and doesn't affect the ribbon. BTW the mentioned message isn't connected with your problems - it means that on edit the "Restaurant" text font will be changed on edit to the other one.

I don't know why but after reopening the psd-file I was able to edit the text. Strange I couldn't before.
