cookie javascript in restaurant

I want to change the English text in the Dutch text of the Cookie script in de header. Can sombody tell me where I can found the scipt, so I can change the lanquage?

The header is a module on the "top" module position - you can find it filtering the modules at the administrator panel. It is a mod_custom module, so you can change it using the built-in text editor.
