Problem with rotating banners

HI:
In home page, they are a few rotating banners on the right side of the web, but its are not rotated.

In the page of contact, are same rotating banners, they work perfectly.

I have disabled all modules, but they are still without rotate, I believe that this problem is the template.

Hi,
I checked your urls on Chrome and Firefox. In both cases banners rotate on home page. You have to wait a little more time on home page to load all stuff.
