Go to the template settings. Here in 'Social API' section you can enable them. Remember to add correct Facebook API ID.

Have you enabled Authentication - Facebook plugin also? you have to enable it and put inside the Facebook API app ID and also the private key you have from facebook when you enable the app.
to activate the app with your website name go to https://developers.facebook.com/apps (you have to login with your username). Let us know if this solved your problem.
