Setting up Main Menu

Great template!

I'm having some odd issues with the main menu. It's currently sitting in the 'cart' module position although it doesn't show up in the Module Manager.

I've tried moving it to the 'mainmenu' module position and assigning it to all pages but nothing shows.

Am I missing something obvious? This is my first time using Gavick products and I'd really appreciate a little help.

Just to be clear, I have selected my menu (Top Menu) from the Template Manager admin panel and made sure it is published in the mainmenu module position and assigned to all pages.




The menu appears but in the 'cart' module position - I just cannot seem to change this. I don't know if this matters but the menu and mainmenu module positions do not have gk_restaurant next to them in the module position selection window.



Additionally, there is a small gap between my logo and the top of the page which does not appear on your demo site.
