Language file errors

Check out this screenshot and please tell me what might be wrong here.

I have this site ready to go and the little things like this are slowing me down and response times are so slow that I can't get my work done on time.

This can be caused by:

1. You made changes in language files and make some mistake - files is not parsed properly.
2. Missing template language file in root/languages directory
3. Wrong permissions for this file (no access to read file)
