How long does it usually take to get a response in the forums?

We try to resolve issues as fast we can but sometimes problems are more complicated and takes some time, why you are asking ? You have some unanswered topic ? If yes, please give me URL.

I am asking because after a review of posts and responses it looks like as long as two days or more have gone by without any response to some posts. I was just wondering about support. I am new here and for me that just won't work so I need to know before I get to involved with any product or service.

Yes, I do have a post with regard to the checkout process. This is is simple answer, either this is the process or not.

I've checked your topics, you get responses for all questions. Time you can compare by checking create data time and time below moderator avatar in response. Now I think your question about forum response time is resolved

I have been waiting for a week for response to my first post in the forum and I still haven't had feedback. Maybe you could help with this.
