Images on Front Page

I wish to change the 'demo' images for the food articles on the front page i:e salads, pasta, etc.

I have changed the images on the K2 items but the only way I have found to change the image is to go into modules/mod_news_pro_gk4/cache/k2.items.cache.938a195f8810cb9b31c6503221891897_Lnsp_401.jpg
and change the image there.

I am certain there is an easier way. I appreciate your help.

Please go to News Show Pro GK4 module and set "cache" to "0" minutes.
This will clear thumbnails cache for sure and them save again.
