Quickstart missing config file?

Hi

The quickstart is missing the configuration.php?

Trying to install the quickstart, I cant get through step 4 (database). It just keeps loading and suddenly returns to same step...

I've just downloaded and installed the Quickstart package into my localhost successfully. There might be some problem with your server or the file you've downloaded is corrupted.

Please try downloading it to install again or try installing it into another server.
