override not working

Hi,
I am using appsProTech and I have done a lot of changes of the template in override.css and others in template manager advance settings. Everything was perfect until now... My client wants to change main menu colors (again!), and when I tried to change the color, I notices that other changes that I had done before, now returns to their original form. So I had to rewrite changes but this time in "template manager advance settings" because my overrides.css does not work for many customizations. But... It happens again... I have another problems with customizations because everything I made a change another past customization returns to its original. What should I do?
