changing page focus with tab icon click

Hi,

Some of our users have noted that if you have a lower resolution screen, you can only see the icons for the tabs on the main page. When you click them, the content in the tabs changes, but the user can't tell without scrolling down. Is there a way to change the focus on the page to the tab content with a click (kind of like an html anchor link)

This change is related with Tabs script customization and this changes are beyond our support but please tell me which resolution cause this problem? Maybe mobile view should be load on this screens instead of default desktop one.
