Installing Issues on J 3.2.1 "There was an error uploading"

Hey there,

I am trying to install this template since it is one of the very few (3) options for RTL website.
I have tried to install the gk_appsprotech_J!3.zip file of a fresh J 3.2.1 using the Orthodox way via joomla's extension manager to receive the following error:

There was an error uploading this file to the server

I thought the file is corrupt, so I downloaded again, and again - same!

I thought something was wrong with the website, deleted, re-installed, nothing.

I installed gk_appsprotech_quickstart_J!3.zip and it worked perfectly - so I copied the template from there and installed using "discover" at the extension manager so I got a good front end, but the administration panel is messed up.

for tabs I get the long php name same for fields:
TPL_GK_LANG_ENABLEDTPL_GK_LANG_DISABLED
TPL_GK_LANG_CONSENT_TYPE
TPL_GK_LANG_COOKIE_LATEST_VERSION
TPL_GK_LANG_ENABLEDTPL_GK_LANG_DISABLED
TPL_GK_LANG_COOKIE_SSL
TPL_GK_LANG_ENABLEDTPL_GK_LANG_DISABLED
TPL_GK_LANG_BANNER_POSITION
TPL_GK_LANG_TAG_PLACEMENT
.......

Everything is ok and working on the quick start, so why doesn't it work on a fresh install !?

Just an update,

I also realized that the front end has php tags instead of words.
When - instead of login in the topmenu I get "TPL_GK_LANG_LOGIN"
the form the opens has many more tags.

Please advice,

I am surprised by the phenomenal support in this forum.
To help those who face the same problem I suggest the following:
What I did was install quick-start, update and backup files.
Install fresh J3.2! update, then copy all files from backup except for config.
Go to extension manager>discover>install.

Some in the original clean templates is messed up, and it seems other files somewhere was modified.
I didn't have time to look further into that, so I too this "shortcut"
