Appsprotech Quickstart installation stops

I'm installing quickstart package, everything starts to write in databse (Installation Process - Creating database tables) and progress stops here.

When I check DB from Cpanel, I see:

I'm confused - everything is uploaded correct, database is up and installation sees it, but at one place it stops... Maybe wrong PHP version...?

Please help !

Is it Joomla3 version?
You stuck on last step (installation stars, then reverts back to las step)?

Yes - it Joomla 3. Installation just stops at "Loading"... And never finishes. If I see DB from Cpanel, I see that there are created bunch of tables, but installation allways stopps (I have tried several times) allways after same table:

edgeopti_1.t6htn_weblinks OK

And I uploaded test.php - there display_errors is set to Off, so this is no cause:

Preinstallation check also everything is YES

WOW - I tried one more time, And now works ! Great !
