Bottom problems

I want to change the bottom of the page but I've some issues that I don't find the solution.

First: I've changed the triangles that difference the main page of the bottom, I've put the PNG file on the right folder (/images/style1) with the same size but don't change anything.

Second: Theorically, the 6 submenus on the bottom are the modules on the bottom position, I've changed them but there's no changes. The footer menu is the one from help, and there's no articles about. How I have to change them?

Third: I want to modify the Template by Gawick, where can i change it?

I can't pass you an acces to the cpanel because I'm working on a localsite, I don't have uploaded to a public web
