Add new Slide not clickable

Module mod_image_show_gk4 : i re install, and put a NEW MODULE "Image Show GK4" first time i put all SLIDE, and settings perfectly, but when i hit SAVE, all TABS desapear , and when i trie to put it again is not clickeable
i have the same problem with "Tabs GK5" with new TABS

Example! i trie to modify the slide and tabs from demo info, i just change the NAME in each tab, and when i hit save, all tabs and slide where gone, and not have access to clic to put it again

For start please make sure You are using the latest version of the module and than send me an access to Your joomla panel.
