Problem in Chrome for iOs

Hello, I have two questions about my web in appsprotech template:

1. When I visit my web at Chrome browser for iPad and iPhone I get this message at the top of the screen (look at the picture). Do you know what can I do?

2. I have a contact form (single contact). When you send a message through it, you get the message of thanks at the top of the screen too (look at the 2nd picture), but you can't remove the black bar, although you press the "x".

Do you have any 3rd party extensions on your site ? I'm asking because this first message about detecting browser probably not comes from template.

Is the problem with "x" button exist only on mobile version or in desktop also ?

Hello, I installed the template and joomla with the quickinstall method, and I've not installed any more extension. So I don't think there are 3rd party extensions.

On the other hand, I have the problem with "x" in desktop version (Pc and iPad too). In mobile (smartphone) I'm not sure of that.
