Background image on Mobile Browsers

When we use the the regular template version and turn off "use Mobile Version" in Mobile Layouts, the backgound image or patters regardless of of Color, Blue, orange, pink does not show up on mobile browsers. It seems to cut off at 50% so have the page is with the correct background and the other is white. The cut off is a 50% vertical.

This issue happens on desktop too if you re-size your browser window smaller, we also have been aware of this issue before and fixed already, you can upgrade the template to latest version to get the fix as well.
