Mobile layouts are NOT working

Hi there,

Where can I download AppsPro Tech 3.2 version?

I singed up and downloaded the AppsPro Tech quickstart TODAY, and installed it, found it out that the mobile layouts are not working, checked the forum, and found a link says that it was because the bugs in AppsPro Tech 3.1 version, need to download the 3.2 version, and I followed the 3.2 version link to downloaded the quickstart and did a fresh installation, but after installed, I found out that it is still version 3.1, of course the mobile layouts are still not working.

I am wondering:

1) The version 3.2 was out on the 10th, I signed up and followed the download link TODAY, but it is still 3.1 version. WHY NO ONE to update the files?

2) I followed the forum (below link to download the quickstart again, BUT IT IS STILL VERSION 3.1):

I have just tried downloading the template from download section on our website and got version 3.2.1 which has been out since the 15th of this month, it is correct with our latest update information at https://www.gavick.com/updates/template ... h,766.html

I am downloading the files now, will let you know how it goes. Frustrating, it is going to take about an hour to get the files downloaded.

That is weird because it's just 2.30 Mb and took me just 20 seconds to finish downloading. It maybe a problem from your internet connection or your country bandwidth or something...I will wait to see your result.

There are three download links on the latest update page, I am downloading the quickstart, I presume the quickstart version is the latest version ( the mobile layouts bugs fixed ), right?

Hi Nicole mate,

The three links are the latest versions. If you have got a site running already with the template, you don't need to download Quickstart anymore, just download the template package, unzip it and upload to override the old files then you will have the latest version of the template.

The quickstart version I downloaded form the latest version link is still the 3.1 version.

I am confused, be honest I feel quite disappointed... Tried 3 times already.

Yes, I just did upload the latest template to override the old files, it still shows 3.1 version, mobile layouts are still not working (mobile layouts settings are all on).

Only users with developer membership are supported via tickets, if you have the membership but havent received responses from us, please let me know the ticket ID to check.

Hi Nicole mate,

The three links are the latest versions. If you have got a site running already with the template, you don't need to download Quickstart anymore, just download the template package, unzip it and upload to override the old files then you will have the latest version of the template.
