Now I would just fill a template for hosting and begin filling the site
but I can not do that (
a feeling that if you install only the template is absorbed fast start. In any case, the menu templates, the template is only a demo with your data, and a simple pattern - not visible
is it possible to remove all the demo data at once?
or the need to erase everything on the line?

If you want to install the template on clean joomla! installation and get also the configurations added on the template, my suggestion is to install the quickstart version on local server, like for example XAMPP and use it to consult the template configurations (modules positions, modules settings and so on...)

Them install the clean joomla! version on live production website and install the template, modules and plugins.

Anyway, i don't see the quickstart version as a problem to start your own website, because the demo content used is not big and can be removed manually in few minutes.

It's up to you.
