Hi,
i have a problem with the background of gk tabs. As you can see on screenshots, on live site the background is white everywhere instead the different one between the tabs icons and the text like in quickstart site.

Is there any ideas what cause the problem and if i could change something?

thanks

Hi

You have positioned it in a mainbody position which as default got a white backgroud. Please simply reposition it and everything should be ok.

Thanks for your reply,
I had put it on mainbody position because it is like this on quickstart version.
I tried it also on another position (Top1) and it's still strange how it looks...

Hi

Ok. Everyone of us was right :) But all of us missed the most important thing :) Tabs module got this style in mainbody position only, but than it is displayed on a white background. This is why in demo for the frontpage was a css class added to <body> tag called "nobg", Which is removing this background :) Please look yourself on a screen below.

Hi

On your site I believe the problem can be with a different menus for each Lang version. Try add this suffix for all of them.

Hi,
yes you are right, the problem was the multiligual, and when i disable the plugin the background became as on quickstart.
But i didn't understand how i will fix the problem to be able to use more languages? where to add this suffix? Or maybe you mean to make more copies of the template to use each one with each language?

thanks

Hi

No no. You do not need more copies of the template. In the matter of fact joomla is made the way that You whould be able to use one template for any number of languages. You need to add this suffix for any Home page (by ID in template settings as on my screenshot).

Hi

A module class suffix " big" is missing in a second example. Please add it and all should be ok.

No, this is not the problem, there are "big" in the sufix (the module is a copy from the first example), i like the mainbody works only in frontpage!!
Can I send you for private the acces to the backend??

I choose in the TAB MAINBODY be visible in the home and the otrer page (Serveis) but is only visible in frontpage. Maybe the mainbody position only works there??

Thanks a lot!!

Hi

Sorry, lost internet because of a storm.

I've check that and I can see that in order to heve tabs with big icons not only in frontpage You need also a page suffix of "nobg". See an image below:

But the main issue was that if there is something in mainbody already than only one is visible, so it's safier to use "mainbody_top" or "mainbody_bottom" instead.

Hi, I'm sorry for the storm
Well, I'll add the rule itemID 392 nobg and... nothing, I don't understand, I'm silly??!!
I think I'm going to try to change the size of the logos...
sniff...

Hi

Please try also use a different module position: "mainbody_top" or "mainbody_bottom". "mainbody" should be left alone if there is a component enabled already. In an older version of the template there were an option to choose what to display between those two. Right now it looks like component has a priority.

Hi

In template settings You will find an option to attache a page class by this page ID.

I have struggled for hours with this - if somebody else has this problem, make sure that you add a rule in the Template Manager under features > page suffix. Mine did not write it if you add the rule - I typed it in manually for all my homepage menus (3 languages) and saved.

It worked!

Hi

Yes settings needs to be saved after adding the rule in order to keep it.
