quickstart package doesn't work

The quickstart package doesn't work. I followed all steps (Quickstart installation for Joomla! 1.7/2.5).
When I arrive at " Open your browser at the address/directory where you will perform the installation"

For me "localhost/ACIH"

I have the message :

Error 404
localhost

It's not easy to configure a gavick template !!!

What's the problem please ?

Error 404 basically means file isn't there or address in incorrect.
Did you unpack gk_appsprotech_quickstart_J25.zip file?
If so, did you move all files inside gk_appsprotech_quickstart_J25 folder to http://localhost/ACIH ?

Notice! It's not the folder with files inside, it's files inside only.

The problem was a error with Xampp.
