Hi,

Facebook seems not recognizing open graph parameters on my pages at http://superhumanradio.com though others could such as Twitter, LinkedIn and Google+. I already tested a lot of third party plugins but only from Shareaholic functions a little and only if using the "More Options" Shareaholic logo button then selecting FB from its services. Is it possible that I have plugin conflicts?

Thanks,
-michael

Hello,

Did you tried to check your website when all 3rd party sharing plugins are disabled?

Please use this tool: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/d ... tions.html

Yes I already did several times. Btw below is the debugger warning:

Object at URL 'http://superhumanradio.com/fecal-transplants-restore-healthy-bacteria-and-gut-functions.html' of type 'website' is invalid because a required property 'og:title' of type 'string' was not provided.

And my page source code open graph details:

Code: Select all
<meta property="og:title" content="Fecal transplants restore healthy bacteria and gut functions"/>
<meta property="og:type" content="article"/>
<meta property="og:url" content="http://superhumanradio.com/fecal-transplants-restore-healthy-bacteria-and-gut-functions.html"/>
<meta property="og:site_name" content="Online Health Radio Talk Show : Free Internet Health Podcast"/>
<meta property="og:description" content="Fecal microbiota transplantation --- the process of delivering stool bacteria from a healthy donor to a patient suffering from intestinal infection with the bacterium Clostridium difficile --- works by restoring healthy bacteria and functioning to..."/>
<meta property="og:image" content="http://superhumanradio.com/images/shr-logo-4-fb.png"/>

Thanks.

We have found a potential reason of the problem - please try to disable the GZIP compression on Joomla! if it is enabled. If it is a solution, please send me a PM message with details of your server configuration - we are looking for the problematic configurations which causes problem with OG when gzip is enabled.
