How To Change Written By text to Posted By

Hello All,
I am trying to change the text displayed before the Author INformation at the top of Articles from Written By to Posted By. please how can I achieve this. I am using the League News template on joomla 3.2. I understand lagunage files have to be edited but there are many language files...one in Administrator folder, one in the root folder.etc Please kindly specify which folder and what file and line to edit precisely.

it depends if we talk about K2 items or articles,
you have two options:
1) Edit those files
a) \language\en-GB\en-GB.com_k2.ini
b) \language\en-GB\en-GB.com_content.ini

or
