Hi.
Sorry but ask author of plg_ads_elite_k2_40.zip plug-in (Adrian Danan?), not us. This is not our extension. There could be several reasons.

hmmm.. I saw that you are not Joomla! beginner but recently you ask questions like a novice. Do not be angry with me, but I wonder why ?

Probably :
1) Your server have "bad for J!" settiings
2) You have to check folder rights , Joomla Admin : Site --> System Information --> Directory Permissions (almost all must be GREEN)
3) You can also use FTP mode inside Site -> Global Configuration -> Server -> FTP Settings which can help you.

I am not angry Pawel and I appreciate your help. I am somewhat still a novice.

Yes almost all are red.

I will try that and let you know how I get on.

Thanks Pawel.

By default files should have 644 and folders 755 - this is safe settings.
