Seems like server related problem. If it happens also on default Beeze theme, its not related to our templates.
I would suggest to check folders permission on server, and if that will not help, then ask on k2 support forum.

Folder permissions depends from server to server - hosting company should provide you correct "number" that can be set with ftp program. You could try with 777 but I strongly recommend not to use that setting as it might cause security risk.

Yes, please check if it is not a problem with cache - K2 stores image in cache, NSP also uses cache, so please clear cache folders on the server - that will force thumbnails to regenerate.
NSP module cache is stored in:
/modules/mod_news_pro_gk4/cache/

Ps - this folder should be also Apache writable.

Changing the file permission in: /modules/mod_news_pro_gk4/cache/ sorted the problem. Thanks

Next question.

The right hand site menu that says Recently Added, hasn't added the last two articles.

I;m not quite sure which element you refer to - could you make a screenshot and mark the element?

I remembered I had this same problem with other Gavick templates.

Solution by Teitbite:

Hi

Ok. That was my last hope. Lets get rid of the dates from source query. Please edit file /modules/mod_news_pro_gk4/gk_classes/gk.source.k2.php and around line 207 - 208 remove this 2 lines:

Code: Select all
AND ( content.publish_up = '.$db->Quote($nullDate).' OR content.publish_up <= '.$db->Quote($now).' )
AND ( content.publish_down = '.$db->Quote($nullDate).' OR content.publish_down >= '.$db->Quote($now).' )

Please revert back the original code.
The problem probably lies in NSP configuration for that module (in quickstart package it's name is "NFL Gallery" and it is posted in "right" position).
Please check if you have correctly configured time offset for that module, and if "First news number" is set to 0.
