Application Instantiation Error

I am trying to install this template but this error pops up

Error displaying the error page: Application Instantiation Error

I watched a youtube video and it said edit the config file which I did. But I am having no luck getting the template installed.

1) Joomla 2.5 or Joomla 3.2.1 ?
1) You have problem during installation only this template or others (more recent), please check and let know.

I was wanting the quick start zip with all the components and modules.

I managed to get it installed. I uploaded the zip via file manager and extracted via file manager also.

Sorry but there are/was server settings problems on your hosting -- we always test all our templates and Quickstart on few good servers before we publish them. Ask support of hosting why.... probably all CMS (WP, Drupal) would have problems there. Maybe it's time to change hosting service/company ?
