Problem with the addition of new users

We have a problem with the registration form. The new user fills it with the re-captcha and all the things but then appears an empty page. So the user is in the user menu of the administration panel (blocked and disabled) but he doesnt know it because the process doesnt continue.

How can we solve it? How can the process keep going?

Please set error showing level to maximum, so the white page should display an error. When I know what this error is I'll be a step closer to help fix it.

I've followed all the steps of the official forum of K2 (http://getk2.org/community/New-to-K2-As ... ot-working) but still appears the empty or white page when the register is completed.

I think that is a problem with a recaptcha but I don't have a fix for this problem.

I'm not able to reproduce the error from the screenshot. Please send me an access to joomla panel and let me know step by step what to do to see the exact page.

I got Your mail. You have forgot to mention in thread that it stopped working after renaming the folder name joomla is installed. First please check re-captcha settings in google site and check if the domain given there is not affecting it. Second thing please check in live site value is set and if yes than change it to a correct address.

My apologies for taking so long to answer your message. I tried to do everything you've asked in the previous post but I could not solve the problem with the registration of new users

1. I checked the parameters of public/private keys of the Recaptcha in the page of Google and the template, both coincide.

2. I edited the 22 line of the file: configuration.php

$live_site = ''; to $live_site = 'http://www.lesabelles.net/web';

With all these changes, when I try to register on the website, complete the form and give it to register, I sent to the following address with a blank page:

I've made a small test. I've change Your site to a default joomla template and registered than and the same exact problem appeared. Which points that this problem is jooma, not template, related. I would advice to reinstall joomla just in case problem is with a broken file in installation. Please also try asking on joomla forum they may have an answer to this issue already.
