Hi,
it looks like the CSS is missing, please check that you have copy all files from /installation folder - or just override them again. BIG/SMALL letter size of filenames are also important it must be 1:1.

Try again, and give me info.

Check installation folder, you have to have those folders/files (!)

----images
----js

---template.css
