Module menu position "left"

i ha ve a lettle problem with module menu, that i published in position "left"
In the home page the width of module menu (the first, called MENU) changes if i change the page.
Here, for example, has a width http://88.198.84.57/nomosweb/

here, instead, has another width http://88.198.84.57/nomosweb/index.php/chi-siamo.html

why???
