Module Positions not work

Hello people,

Unfortunately, my English is not so good. I translate with Google. I have a template from Gavick (Conference news), in which I have several module positions. for example, near left mainbody reight etc. also user1 user2 user3 etc to user12 always 6 modules alongside other leg. The same with bottom1 bottom2 etc. What verifiable why I despite it is set not all can use but I do not understand. Currently only go with me user7-user12. where I can display each module. user1 to user6 but do not go, no matter what position it appears to me no module. In bottom1 it is even the only one bottom2 not go to bottom 12. I just do not understand why.

How do I get it out that I can use all the module positions? Go with me top1-top12 not user1-6 and bottom2-bottom12.
