Having apparent K2 problem

This could be a question for my host or K2, but I am having some difficulty with some of the K2 features. I cannot get the "K2 Tags" to update with any of my new tags (all published, module is set to include everything). Also, the "log in using facebook" option on the pop-up login window does not work, along with the "create article" page for users (It just brings up an error code). Any suggestions?

I actually got some help at the K2 forum. You can possibly still help me with a sizing issue. My template seems to be a little more zoomed than the demo. I made sure all the template columns added up to 100%, and changed template width. Its not super-noticeable, just wondering what causes that

The only option to resize template width is in template settings. So if You will mimic it exactly there should be no difference. Please check if browser is not showing it in a different size.
