Using K2 Layout from another Template

Hello everyone,

I love this template, but I need my K2 article layout look like the the News template layout, how can I accomplish this? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Hi, sure I give you a tip :
1) Copy those files

gk_news\html\com_k2\templates\generic.php
gk_news\html\com_k2\templates\default\item.php
gk_news\html\com_k2\templates\default\item_comments_form.php

to your template, you have overwrite files.

if your styles are not perfect also copy this file : gk_news\css\k2.css

Thanks for the reply, but that didn't work. I need to get the print, author, tag and font sizer info to the left of the article.

Please add here screenshot after "my" suggestions,
probably we have to add one or more css lines.

Think link that I posted in my original post is a link to how the article body should look. I'd like the info positioned to the left of the body.
