Topnav right align

Hello,
I wish to put the social icons in the topnav area but have them right aligned so that they are on the other side from my menu that is located there on the left (above the link called Sund). Website is here... stjarnan.velgert.is. Help would be very much appreciated.

Hi,
The social icons I want to use are the ones on this website http://demo.gavick.com/joomla25/leaguenews/ and I want to put them up where the login/Register buttons are now...

No problem. Please just publish a module with this icons in "topnav" position and show me Your site than, so I'll be able to check what code is required to move it into the right place.
