Contact page - open tabs?

Tabs (Contact, contact form, information) on contact page are by default closed. How to make them open by default?
Because, now when the user comes to contact page, all tabs are closed, so it's little confusing.

you can make them open for all time when you will go to Components->Contacts and you will set in Options 'Display format' option as Plain.
