I've enabled it now but what should I make Facebook API app ID and Facebook API secret? You saw the registration as a user never goes?

Hi

Facebook login may not be working because of another fb application. Please try to disable it and check it than.

HI

Please got to joomla extentions and choose a different register module. Than simply install it and publish in register position instead of the old register module. This would tell me if this problem is related with joomla or our module.

Hi

Ok. FInally I know what's going on :) As I suspected You are using a wrong module. Our module is for joomla user registration and You need a module for jomsocial registration. I believe jomsocial module is called "Hello me" and should be available withing jomsocial package. Please simply replace it.

Hi,

Please check if you have configured Captcha plugin in your site, when opening the register popup I don't see it show up, this could be the cause of that problem which users can't register in your site.

Hi

Yes exacly. I had the same answer from programmers:

the problem is reCaptcha - it was enabled in user settings but not in global Joomla settings. Now users needs to update template and all modules from rest_files package to see reCaptcha in pop-up.

... and of course set reCaptcha keys because I suspect that if he enabled reCaptcha in users settings he want to use it.
