Author info not showing in article view

Hello

I'm having problem with article info not showing in item view.
In category view it's normal, and it shows date, author name etc., but in same item view it doesn't show that info although its set to show both in article options and menu item settings.
What could be the problem? Do you need access to ftp?

Print icon was the problem - if it's hidden, all other info is also hidden.
