Template going off of page in safari after updating template

My template will not display correct sizing for left column, right column and inset1 inset 2 after updating template to fix an issue with user1 through user 9 not working correctly. In safari the page goes off the screen and the left side shrinks down. See image.

See the right of the screen the template is overflowing to the right instead in safari. it is not doing this in firefox.
