Turning Mobile version off, how to update template

Hello,
I downloaded this template before it was fixed to allow for turning the mobile version off.

How do I update it without losing my customizations? What files do I need to replace?

List of changed files you can find in update description, if you made all changes in proper files (override.css) you will no loose any of your data.
