eSport Template Does Not Play Well With Form Maker plugin

I 'm using the calendar function in Form Maker with eSport template on latest Jooma 2.5 eSport template and Form Maker

When clicking on the calendar picker in the form, the calendar shows up "corrupt" - it's separating the navigation "icons" of the calendar above the actual calendar dates.
It's definitely something unique to the template as if I create a page associated to one of Joomla's default templates the issue does not exist. Same implementation of Joomla/Form Maker etc.

Any ideas?

Please edit: /templates/gk_ssport/css/override.css and add at its end:

.calendar .button {display: table-cell !important; float: none !Important}


Remember to enable "CSS override" in template settings - advanced section.
