blank page or don't work pop-up after update

I have a problem with eSport template after updade of Joomla and Virtuemart. The website was updated from J! 1.7 to J! 2.5.18 and the VM was updated to its newest version 2.0.26d. Before the update the website didn't have "friendly url" turned on and it didn't use inbuilt potential SEO. No additional plugins were installed, everything is based on Gavick template. The update went smooth apart from two things.

The first problem was white page that appeared when I wanted to see all products from the producer. The main menu is visible and template footer plus its graphics. There is no header with name of producer, products and paging.Whole section of template Main is empty. An attempt to analyze the source code browser-side confirms the absence of any elements outside the empty div. The problem I managed to solve not exactly a nice way, which generated another problem. The inclusion of short url and incorporate SEO in J! and VM fixes this problem. The products of the manufacturer to display.

Second problem is no modal pop-up for the Cart, although the links to Log In and Register flawlessly display pop-ups with appropriate forms. The problem appears when SEO is on.

I tried to solve both problems by entering the database again, analysing manufakturers.php files in standard VM files, and update files VM and template. I also tried to install VM 2.0.27 but it didn't help.

Please update template to the latest version, than check if everything works ok if You are using a default joomla template. Show me Your site and tell links to examples.
