I trying ti find out what happen with the url when is the sh404 enable . Finally after search the problem is that is missing Itemid value in all non-sef urls and that affect sh404 sef url .
You can see the problem in my site virtuemart categories trying to change the product per page ( p.x. from 10 to 20 or 30 etc) .
When you do it is create a faulty url and go to 404 error page.
I bough esport and i install it through quick install , the same problem was also with the version the the quickstart of virtuemart and also in the update ( trying to find why is happening) .
Please update me with a solution .
Thanks in advance

I think you are asking in wrong place, we are not providers of 404sef so if you have problems with this extensions you need to contact with SH404SEF support.

but the problem is not sh404sef matter because the same happen with or without sh404sef enable .
We just need to add the right itemid in the url .
With or without sef enable the itemid value doesn't exist at all and that possibly have to do with template and main menu that i have pointed virtuemart

Could you check whether the same happen on default Joomla! template like Beez ? I'm asking for that because template don't generate any URL's especially from VM. The URL format is based on menu structure.

If the same happen on Beez it is really not template issue but some problem with 3rd party extension or VirtueMart.

Really I have no idea. Something is wrong with VM or with the 404SEF - I suspect that this second one is causing problem. You need to contact with VM support or 404SEF providers in this case when on Beez template the same happen we couldn't help you. Maybe you have some additional SEO optimisation plugins ?
