VM 2.0.22b Submenu problem

Hello,

after update to GK esport 2.16.1 and VM 2.0.22b I have problem with opened Submenu ...
Can you help me?

The same problem here. So it is really template issue.

For developers : virtuemart 2.0.22b is the latest stable realize and it seems that some fast update to template is needed.

By the way : some times it loads nice, some times as shown on the picture.

Template update to 2.16.2 didn't solved the problem. Could anyone from the team take a look at web site ?

By the way : some times it loads nice, some times as shown on the picture.

This is a problem with loading CSS and can be cause by your server respond time.

Not really, it was just first impression. Now I know that same links always opens with this issue. Could anyone take a look at website ? And it appeared after update to latest stable virtuemart.

Please look at your server problems http://d.pr/i/Cb7n some files can't be loaded. What is more some classes in your installation are missed, please compare this (your site) http://d.pr/i/D72K with this http://d.pr/i/6xAA

as you can see class 'gk-menu' is missing, so please overwrite template files again because probably something have to be changed there.

3 different users with the same problem. So definitely the problem exists.

I uploaded all template again, cleared cache - problem still exists.

Please take a look again. Just keep in mind, that his problem started after update from virtuemart 2.0.22a to b.

For us this problem started overnight.. we arrived to the office and saw everything was a mess.
We didn´t do anything. And really need help. If you find out anything, please let us know.

What version of virtuemart you are using ? Maybe some CSS compression issue ?

The Virtumart version we are using is:
2.0.22b

We are updating to 2.0.22c

So this is the same issue, because 2.0.22b is not old and sure you updated it recently (caching could delay error for day). b is not so compatible with template so fix from template side is needed. Waiting for Gavick move

I just upgraded to Virtumart 2.0.22c and didn´t help.

bkrztuk could you give some priority mark for this problem. It is quite confusing, when live e-shop has such problems.

I also noticed that when submenu (CSS) breaks (when you press on any product to show product details), copyright information also changes to default

So this is some how related.

Please go to VM settings and choose default Joomla! template as the active one not the gk_eSport.

After some investigate it looks like it is VirtueMart issue where template parameters are not passed to VM template, the only solution until VirtueMart release new update is to use Default Joomla! template setting.
