Shipping costs

In Germany there is a law that says that in online stores the shipping costs must be close to the product price. Which file should I change to make the shipping cost will be displayed on the product detail page below the selling price?

I heard that German e-commerce law is very stringent (strict) for store owners. Of course you can edit template files but also publish module with Shipping cost on the right column, which allows you to have more space on product page.

both solutions you've posted doesn't work. Maybe I make a mistake, but I don't know were/what.
Can you tell me, were and how I have to put in my "Versandkosten"-Code?!
