1) Now I've got White/Blank Page
2) Did you turned on - Gzip ?
3) Check http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/ or Page Speed in Firefox Firebug
3) Ask your server support whats going on?

p.s.
I have used this template for two commercial projects and I didn't have such a problem. So maybe it's not template/Joomla problem, but settings or ???
