products photo size

Hi,

I changed the product photo size to 130x130 pixels.
When i add a square photo everything looks fine, but when i add a rectangular photo, it doesn't center the photo and keep the distance from the text that follows, like the square photo.

it will help all of us trying to use this template if you give us some guidelines on how to insert new products into the system ie picture and , thumbnails size/dimensions etc. is there somewhere a step-by-step manual on that?
