Form "Ask a question" is empty

Hi! On my website (nordfox51.ru) form "Ask a question" is empty when guest click on it. Now it calls like on 1.PNG. When I click to link, I can see a tiny white strip only (2.PNG).
I can't understand, what kind of problem it could be. I need your help very much. Thanks!

Something strange. Those screenshots I made on my home computer. But on my workstation all is ok.

Than I believe an issue can be related with a browser. Please try how it works with different browsers on both this computers.
