Confirmation Popup "product added to cart" does not appear

I'm working with eSport Template for jommla 2.5 from the template to update to the latest version 2.15 have been some problems. the most important is that when you add a product to cart no confirmation popup appears indicating that the product has been added to cart.

This is related with VM settings, somewhere in VirtuMart configuration there is option to show this pop-up's.

I know, but this setting is checked (see image), however it appears the Popup ... I can do?

Could you provide me URL to some page where you have this problem ? Can you switch to Beez and look whether it works with this default Joomla! template ?

On the main page, in the "New Products" is one where not prove that the Popup appears, but if you go to the product in detail, nor does the Popup.

I tried in the settings as shown me change the template to Beez and neither works.

I think this forum is hopeless if one expects a help or answer.

VirtueMart use jQuery library to show pop up's what I see from console this library is not loaded on front page. Please try to force loading jQuery in VM settings maybe this will help.
