How to remove effects on tables/cells?

Where can I find the files which make the colored borders of cells in tables and the mouse-over effect?

I am using JCE, but I don´t want to "override" the cell colors - I would prefer to remove the stile at all.

Hi,
default rules for table elements you will find in css/joomla.css. They start from 497 line.
