New server adding images to imageshow gk4 results in blank

Hi,
I have just moved all my sites to a new vps.
Both a site built with the esport template and a quickstart site are exhibiting the same issue, so it must be server related.
If the module is published with no slides the site loads fine. As soon as i add a slide, the homepage is blank. Looking at the pagesource it is empty.
I have the imageshow module at position banner2. I have tried uninstalling the module and reinstalling a newly downloaded version, i have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the eshop template.
You can see what i mean at http://www.medalprint.com.au/ this is the quickstart site with nothing done to it apart from unpublishing the image show and tabs gk4 and 5

Never mind, after some searching it turned out the gd libraries had been turned off,

All working now
